I am a doctoral student in anthropology at Harvard University.
I received an MA in the social sciences from the University of Chicago and an MA from the Center for Experimental Humanities at New York University. I have an undergraduate degree in Social and Cultural Analysis from New York University. My research is concerned with mutual aid, martial arts, organized crime, and histories of capital in African American and Chinese American communities.

I have built and designed professional websites for scholars at the University of Chicago, Columbia University, UC Berkeley, and New York University. I have also helped design websites and print publications for academic journals.
